After losing my Husband of 15 years I found myself being angry at life having to pick up the pieces and go on with life.  Not wanting my kids to follow my depressive state of mind I choose to channel my emotions into tuning into my spirituality.   I found the more in tune I am with my spirituality the stronger I feel connected with my Husband even though he is no longer here on earth in the physical realm.
